Instruments or investments that have economic value and can be bought, sold or traded on the financial market. Said assets include a wide range of instruments, such as stocks, bonds, certificates of deposit, mutual funds, foreign currencies and other financial investments. Owning financial assets is a common form of investment, allowing investors to earn income, increase wealth and diversify their portfolio. Knowledge of the different types of financial assets is key to making informed investment decisions and planning a sound financial strategy.


 

Interest rate where its value remains constant throughout the term of a loan or investment. This means that the amount of the monthly instalments (in the case of a loan) or the return (in the case of an investment) remains unchanged throughout the agreement period, regardless of fluctuations in market interest rates.
